The second webinar from the set of seminars "Lean Production" on the topic "Improvements in the company when organizing workplaces" was held on August 24, 2021.
 
During the seminar the methods of organizing the 5S workspace, the purpose of which is to create optimal conditions for performing operations, maintaining order, cleanliness control, accuracy, time and energy management were discussed as well as the results of applying these optimization methods were considered.
 
12 enterprises of the Republic of Belarus took part in the seminar.
