The third seminar from the set of seminars "Lean Production" on the topic “Continuous improvement of all production processes in the company” was held on August 26, 2021.

The issues for production processes optimization methods, the basis of which is the Kaizen methodology were considered during the seminar.

10 enterprises of the Republic of Belarus took part in the seminar.

Within the  set of the seminars, the following topic will be considered:
