The first seminar from the set of seminars "Lean Production" on the topic “Internal reserves of enterprises to reduce product costs and improve production efficiency” was held on August 19, 2021.

The issues of identifying the main losses, the process of building a value stream mapping (VSM) as well as examples of real value stream maps and the results of their application were considered during the seminar.

9 enterprises of the Republic of Belarus took part in the seminar, 8 enterprises are enterprises of Mogilev region.

Within the  set of the seminars, the following topics will be considered:  

24.08.2021 - "Improvements in the company when organizing workplaces"

26.08.2021 - “Continuous improvement of all production processes in the company.”

31.08.2021 - “7 quality control tools”.
