A webinar on the topic “Export business during the self-isolation and social distancing period” was held on 24 September. During the webinar the following points were presented and formulated for the listeners:

• The main consequences of pandemic and self-isolation in social and business aspects
• Consequences of the "new" reality for business in terms of the abolition of "face-to-face" procedures and stages of the export process - negotiations and product presentation
• The changes of online negotiations and personal negotiation
• The concept and some rules of “electronic etiquette”
• Active links to programs and platforms which provide both the technical side of online negotiations and the replacement of business-missions and exhibitions with the products of the latest IT-technologies.
• The concept of social responsibility of business, which can improve the supplier's reputation and its image in the face of international partners in the current conditions

18 specialists from enterprises of the Republic of Belarus took part in the webinar.

The webinar was conducted by Ilya Shpirt, an active practitioner, business trainer in the field of international sales of consumer goods, licensing business and formalization of business processes of the Baltic-Eurasian Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Estonia.
