Webunars on topics “Halal certification procedure for slaughtering poultry, cattle and ruminants and for meat processing complexes”. “Halal Certification procedure for dairy, confectionary and process industry” was held on 10 and 12 November 2020.

The following issues were considered during the webinar: specifications of the Halal certification process for poultry farms, meat processing and dairy plants; organization of a separate production and workshops on Halal; regions where Halal registration is required and their specifications.

37 specialists from enterprises of the Republic of Belarus took place in the webinar.

The webinar was conducted by the specialists of the company «ICC «HALAL» Aleksei Belousov, Aleksei Belikov, Kuramshin Rushan.
