A webinar on the topic “How to sum up the year results and set plans for 2021” was held on 3 December 2020.

The aim of the webinar: to clear up the possibilities which open strategic planning and the ability to create working strategic plans for you.

During the webinar the listeners learned how to analyze the results of the previous year; what “successful actions” mean and how to use it; what to do with unresolved problems; how to define strategic goals; how to create working plans for the next year; how to properly modify plans taking into account the changes; how to learn to see not the problems, but not openings.
