During the webinar the listeners learned how to cope with distractions, get rid of the routine and perform “not your” tasks, how to implement strategic plans correctly, to obtain the required result correctly, keep attention on priority tasks, how to organize the work of a leader and his team properly, delegate tasks to employees correctly.
