On 25 August 2020, a webinar was held on topic: "Collection of accounts receivable upon termination of activities by the debtor."

At the webinar the following issues were discussed: termination of activities in enforcement proceedings; liquidation by decision of the registering authority; absence of the debtor at the legal and actual addresses; deliberate withdrawal of assets by the debtor; disclosure of the corporate veil: "the debtor's activities on behalf of other legal entities."

38 specialists from enterprises of the Republic of Belarus participated in the event.

The questions were considered by the experts of LLC “Industry of Innovations” (Minsk).
